Established in 1989 by S. Michael Ghorbanian, Architectural Design Studio provides architectural, engineering, interior design, and design-build services. While based in Northern Virginia, ADS undertakes projects throughout the Mid Atlantic Region. We specialize in food service and hospitality, but also have experience in commercial, healthcare, and spiritual facilities as well as single/multi-family residential projects.
At ADS we maintain a strong focus on design quality and believe that as architects and designers we have a social responsibility to our community. Our goal is to understand challenges and needs of our clients so we can provide meaningful spaces and coherent solutions that enhance one's living and working conditions while aging well in time.
