Located in the Dayuan district of Taoyuan City, Taiwan, the Chengdu Co-Innovation and Cooperation Center is a high-tech landmark that seamlessly integrates office, dwelling and retail spaces. This 150,000 square meter project challenges the surrounding homogeneous development with its distinctive curvilinear architectural form, creating a vibrant and pleasant urban ecological public space. The center’s two opposing arced volumes break the grid-like urban texture, providing bright sight corridors and an inviting entrance plaza. The building’s flowing and soft arc shape, sloping curved roof and attractive “fifth façade” offer a unique urban view. The sunken central garden, green platforms, and interconnected spaces enhance the interaction with the city and provide a serene environment. The project optimizes the curved curtain wall design, using standard glass and low-iron glass to achieve an urban business aesthetic. With its humanistic approach and innovative design, the Chengdu Co-Innovation and Cooperation Center aims to improve the quality of the city, add vitality to residents’ lives, and enhance the value of the project.
