This innovative workspace project marks the first New York footprint for a global tech company, taking over 150,000 square feet atop the H&M Tower.

The 57th floor serves as a lively hub, welcoming guests with bold, large-format LED screens and a unique pink glass and metal stair. These elements echo the electrifying energy of Times Square, seamlessly integrating it into the workplace environment.

The crown jewel is the 58th floor penthouse, a space for collaboration and socialization. This floor boasts exterior terraces, providing breathtaking 360-degree views of Manhattan and serving as an inspiring backdrop for spontaneous meet-ups and interactions. A striking blackened European oak bleacher, overlooking Times Square, further enriches the interactive ambiance.
