The program consists of the execution of an area that distinguished public uses and  private uses.
The building has different access for different uses, that improving performance.
On the one hand we find the area for personal, and second, the general public and workers, so that both paths are independent not exist any eye contact between the two, except for the vigil room.

Access is marked with a porch that offers a waiting area outside protected from sun and rain.
The lighting is natural in all rooms, enjoying views of the landscape surrounding the building.
The large skylight of the main facade light invades the waiting room, and also creates a set of heights that vary depending on where we are.
