the day after Architizer brings the best of architecture and design to NYC with our awards, the panel at PSFK 2016 will host ceo marc kushner and share important industry insights. The themes that resonate in the A+ winners’ work have implications for anyone involved in the creative process, no matter what they produce.

The greatest asset Architizer’s A+Awards program can offer participants is its unparalleled power to get great design shared and celebrated across the globe. Last year, award winners saw their projects published in a stunning, full-color compendium by Phaidon, featured in countless publications from the Wall Street Journal to Buzzfeed, and even broadcast on a seven-story-tall billboard at the “Crossroads of the World”, Times Square, Manhattan. Total media impressions for victorious projects topped 300 million!

Later in 2015, Architizer took these incredible projects into another realm, striking a partnership with influential creative analysts PSFK to create the “Building Tomorrow” report, a definitive guide to trends driving the future of architectural design. PSFK understands the power of innovation better than anyone. This coming May, it will sync up with Architizer again to celebrate the A+Awards at PSFK 2016, its 10th annual event dedicated to the future of creative business.

Bjarke Ingels celebrating at the A+Awards Gala in 2014

Arriving just a day after the 2016 A+Awards Gala, this platform will give Architizer founder Marc Kushner the opportunity to share the best projects in the world with a unique audience, giving the architects behind them the recognition they deserve. While this collaboration between Architizer and PSFK will help firms gain publicity for their work, the partnership brings an even more important benefit to the profession at large: the chance to bring brilliant buildings into the public consciousness more than ever before, and illustrate that architecture is well and truly out of its echo chamber, back in the hands of the people that consume it every day.
