SPACE
Architecture and Graphic Design studio Coisarada criativa believes that Graphic Design is a great ally of Architecture, specially in commercial spaces. ZIPPER, a dress rental store, was a project developed from the conception of the brand, starting with naming and concept, followed by visual identity to interior design, always contemplating the communication between Graphic Design and Architecture. This communication reinforces the visual identity and the relationship of affection transmitted by the symbolism of the brand with the user.
It is located in a commercial building room of 30m² in the city of Joinville – SC - Brazil. The showroom was developed to be flexible and adaptable. All furniture was designed so that the layout can change over time and the same furniture can be reused in the future. The user's feeling was a priority in the design of the experience, where the entire floor was covered with carpet, so that the space conveys a feeling of coziness to the client, always looking for the semiotics of “a friend's room”.
COLORS - TEXTURES
The creation of the interior design was developed together with the graphic identity of the brand. At the same time that the designs of the labels were thought, drawings were developed in the painting of the ceiling plan. The monochromic color palette of the brand matches with the selection of colors and materials of the furniture, curtains, carpet and walls. The textures were chosen to allow the color to unfold in different sensations.
The entrance to the space is marked by the orange color of the brand, making the transition from the space of the commercial corridor to the area where the dresses are. The cushions and curtains were developed in order to resume the curved idea of the logo, which sought to refer to the lines of the female body and also to the path of the zipper path when closing.
WALLPAPER - CEILING
Considering that the intervention area is limited and several elements could reduce the space even more, the ceiling also carried the visual language of the brand, where the isotype (symbol) of the brand is painted and helps in the spatial and visual organization of the store.
