For the refurbishment of a cafe, that should also be used as bar, dancefloor and sometimes runway we proposed a flexible seating system. Seats can easily be folded and zipped up, becoming part of the wall. The lighting system is also integrated in the wall and can be controlled by thezip aperture. The signage system on hte floor defines a catwalk for the small fashion shows that are regularly take place in the cafe. By using the zip we incoporated an element from fashion in the interior desing, highlighting the interdisciplinary approach by Mon Ami.
