This 25,000 sm Convention Center is at the center of an extensive residential complex. It offers private marina, shopping, fitness, theater, and dining facilities for residents and boat exhibition and convention spaces for guests. Inspired by two intersecting waves, this building generates propagating lines across the site that orchestrate public space, hardscape and softscape, waterfront access, and water features throughout the entire complex. The roof waveforms extend through the building and link program and site together in both plan and section creating a series of integrated and continuous activities.
