This case is in Huangpu District, central area of Shanghai. It is a 36-storey and newly-built 5A office building in the old town. We design experience, meeting and show center fat 36th floor as the leasing investment center of the property.
This case is mock-up of office building, in which the investment is invited and leased through marketing mode of the mock-up.
The overall design is consisted of irregular geometries with clear lines and LED lights which are not only for illumination but also for decoration. All these perfectly harmonize power and art which show strong sense of both architecture and future. In the color, we apply brown and beige series of different darkness, which keeps the harmonization of beauty and emphasizes changes and difference of colors, while creating rhythms and layers of space. The application of timber finishes, fabrics and marbles offers rich enjoyments, which enables the cold office warmth and elegance. Furthermore,elegant treatment of metal edges , simple and fine black handles together with high quality finish, furniture and equipment, all embody the designer’s concentration in details.
More light beams are expected to be introduced into the interior space. We design a meeting room in the shape of glass box in the center of interior space. This breaks the traditional sealed design and shows the status of meeting room like a stage.
In this case, we stress the service of bar and hope more communication shall be done on this.
Moreover,Shanghai’s CBD can be viewed through glass window, from Lujiazui to the Bund and Jingan Temple.
