In the design process of Zard Band restaurant, an effort was made to create a building with respect to nature, according to the slope of the land, and a structure with consoles and a unique form that displays a very attractive and different view of the Alborz mountains.

Man's tendency towards nature and living in polluted and big cities like Tehran sometimes makes a person seek refuge in the heart of the mountains or plains around his place of residence to regain his peace. Zardeband area in Qasran River section at the foot of Alborz mountain is considered one of the best places for Tehrani citizens to enjoy a sense of peace.

For this reason, AtiZist Consulting Engineers Company designed a plot of land with an area of ​​square meters according to the topography, the triangular shape of the land and the existing fractures with the aim of creating a different restaurant design.

The design of Zard Band restaurant is defined in three levels. The ground floor level is planned for service space such as industrial kitchen, staff space and services related to the restaurant.

On the first and second level, there are main halls, which have tried to provide a good atmosphere by considering the standards and proper circulation.

Due to the excellent view of the surrounding scenery, the roof of this restaurant complex is one of the important elements in the design, which brings a pleasant experience of being in this restaurant.
