The house is located in Bucharest, district 4. It is designed for two brothers and their families , with one apartment on each floor.
The principal concept is the "GARDEN". Ground floor apartment benefit of a interior courtyard and the terrace behind the building and the apartment from the first floor have the green terrace on the building and a access to the backyard on a spiral staircase.
The two green terraces (backyard and the green terraces ) are connected by a metal spiral staircase for easy access to both family recreation areas.
