Inspired by the idea that the design should have an exterior grid pattern that aimed to stand out while still maintained a classic appeal. The dark exterior contrasts against the surrounding environment, with grid-like elements that give the illusion of it rising from the ground beneath. This sleek execution is brought to life with large glass windows, terraces on every landing and elegant framework. Through the interior, the luxury colour palette remains, with touches of playfulness and innovation. This home is unlike many others due to its attention to detail and stand out approaches to design. Suites were made to optimize on space with the bifold glass window installations. These windows provide a safety barrier but allows scenery to surround the home that is then magnified with amounts of nature light brought in.
