Yours Boutique Hotel, located in the Ruzafa neighborhood of Valencia, the history of this project dates back to 2016, with the complex search for an existing building for its conversion into a tertiary use, Hotel. There are few existing buildings in the downtown area that can meet the regulatory requirements for their total conversion into tertiary use, and finally we find this protected building located on Calle Cuba.
Inside the restored façade of a building from 1887, we have designed YOURS, a boutique hotel that has 12 spacious rooms with private bathrooms and an exclusive multifunctional space on the ground floor with a seating area, interior patio and a pleasant pool. Likewise, the rooms on the upper floors will have a kitchen and a double-height space with sloping ceilings.
