YOTEL, the brand behind the smart luxury hotels in NYC, London, Amsterdam and Paris, recently announced a new residential offering called YOTELPAD. After successfully launching YOTEL and YOTELAIR, the company recognized an opportunity to incorporate residential offerings into its portfolio with a goal of optimizing space and tech, selecting Miami as one of the first locations for this new offering. YOTELPAD Miami is developed by NY and Miami-based Aria Development Group and joint venture partner, AQARAT.
Located in Downtown Miami, YOTELPAD Miami is a unique and innovative project, promising service-oriented, urban-chic apartments and stay with functionality in mind. The PADs, (residential units ranging from 417-square-foot studios to 708-square-foot two-bedrooms), will be located on floors 15-30 of the building above the hotel portion. These PADs will feature carefully cultivated floor plans with integrated living, kitchen and dining areas, delivered fully finished with top-of-the-line flooring and lighting as well as floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and terraces with views of Downtown Miami. The development will feature studios, one and two-bedroom apartments with prices starting at $300,000.
As the first development of its kind entering the Miami market, YOTELPAD Miami will also offer outstanding services and amenities. With exclusive sales handled by OneWorld Properties, the project will have a short-term rental program available to provide daily rentals. With innovative services and amenities always in mind, YOTELPAD Miami will also offer Techi Butlers by Techmetics, which are service-oriented robots, and a Sky Lounge that feature a game area, an intimate chef's kitchen, and more. Other amenities include: concierge services, secure bike storage, gourmet coffee bar, full-service restaurant and bar with outdoor seating and private dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working space, a lounge, pool deck and pet spa. Each PAD will also come with a dedicated storage unit.
