YOOZOO SEVILLA | WORC
The interior design seeks to detach itself from external noise, creating an intimate, almost futuristic atmosphere.
Located on a corner of the Juárez neighborhood, along one of the busiest avenues in Mexico City,
YOOZOO Sevilla is a boba tea project that persists in both the quality of its product and its spatial experience.
The main challenge of the project was its elevated location above street level. The architectural solution was to intervene and adapt a generous staircase that not only resolves the access issue but also functions as a seating area one of the main purposes of the design.
Once inside, the project reveals an enveloping visual focal point: a semi-tunnel made of translucent polycarbonate, a material that filters light and helps create a contained atmosphere.
Linear lighting accentuates the curvature of the volume, guiding the eye and the body inward. Orders are placed through the first circular window that opens onto the curved plane of the semi-tunnel, enhancing the scenographic character of the space.
The interior design aims to abstract itself from the external chaos, generating an intimate, almost futuristic setting that aligns with the brand’s visual identity. YOOZOO Sevilla is not merely a retail point it is a microarchitecture that interprets the contemporary pause.
