A conceptual plan by Will Alsop of Alsop Architects Limited of Toronto, to adaptively re-use the majestic Yonkers Power Station on the Hudson River as a zero-carbon residential project. The project was presented to the community and supported by the City. The project did not have the required funding to move forward beyond the conceptual stage.
