Powell Design Group has completed a number of renovations and expansions of varied scopes for the YMCA of Central Florida. Among the projects was a new pavilion at the YMCA’s Camp Wewa in Apopka, Florida. The multi-purpose structure is used for teaching youth about the environment, Christian values, group dynamics, and general education. At night, it doubles as a dance hall, concert venue, and general gathering area.
