The project base of Yinan Library and Archives covers an area of about 21.3 mu. It is a comprehensive cultural office building integrating the library, archives, local chronicles, and Party history museum, which is reconstructed in combination with the original conference center.
The layout of the Central Plains Guest House and the Conference Center in the base is U-shaped, so the project adopts a courtyard layout. In this way, the original trees in the courtyard are selectively retained, and so is the historical memory of the base. At the same time, it meets the need for sunshine and ventilation to the greatest extent and creates a green and healthy office environment.
The overall annular enclosed space forms a space cluster which satisfies the requirements of diverse functions, achieving a balance between the well-arranged layered space system and the unified architectural form. The courtyard and the gray space, meticulously designed, serve as the transitional connection betweem the city and the building.
The construction of the project has effectively promoted the implementation of the overall planning of Yinan County. It has improved the urban structure of the county, enhanced the value of the surrounding plots, and provided a better reference for the reconstruction of the surrounding old residential areas. After the completion of the project, the work efficiency of relevant units has been greatly improved, and the ability to provide all-around services for society has been strengthened.
In the future, Yinan Library and Archives will carry out multi-level and multimedia publicity through mass media, exhibitions, and other forms. This project shall give investors a better understanding of the edge of Yinan in investment environment and development prospects, so as to drive the social progress and economic development of the county.
