The intertextual residential project with a limited capacity in the Duros area with an unchangeable columnar restriction with a 5 floor residential plans of 2units on a site of 550 square meters was the beginning of our encounter with the project.
The proximity of 2 plane trees in the north view, a close interaction and the influence of the neighborhood with the trees were concepts to establish our connection with the project.
In the design process, the facade was considered as an effective layer, like a negative, in contact with light and creating the image of the presence of trees in the shell.
The desire of the trees for light formed the movement of vertical lines and layers that passed through the windows and rose towards the sky.
This move made it possible for residents to meet trees on floors with different frames.
The effect of this collision and geometry in the form created by the fellowship of branches and leaves of the tree, as an expandable form of small spaces, formed the wall of the courtyard and the south facade.
The details of the entrance, parking and interior doors were designed in harmony with other parts of the project so that the flow of facing the trees spread throughout the building.
The colors and materials of the facade were chosen in unity and brightness, so that the light and shadow of the trees on the facade create various effects in combination with the structure of the facade.
2-unit residential plans including 130-meter two-bedroom units and 170-meter 3-bedroom units were designed, the private spaces of the rooms at maximum capacity were all master-designed to provide peace and comfort for the residents.
