The sales office project ‘Yedi Mavi’ is located on 1270 m2 area in Zeytinburnu; in front of the housing complex , coastwise facing reflection of historical siluette of Istanbul over sea. Our clients Gül Yapı, Hasan Sever İnşaat and Kalkavan Yapı ensued a powerful partnership, to interact their strenghts in Yedi Mavi project.Their aim is to build a high end housing complex offering offices, sports and cultural centers, open air shopping experience with prestigious malls, lively social areas surrounded with chic restaurants and cafes. The housing complex is rising on 63.000 m2 area with 6 blocks consist of 17 floors. As referred in the name of the sales office project ‘Yedi Mavi’, the design concept of the facade and interiors are originated from the sea and seven shades of blue. Both exterior and interior of the sales office is designed to reflect the prestige of the housing complex targetting high end users.
The facade of the building considered in an organic structure on acrylic inspired from the undulation of the sea. The ceiling to floor windows form rows that enable natural light to diffuse homogenously into the main areas till individual offices also allow the experience of extensive panorama of the city Istanbul.
Interiors were designated to provide a sense of seclusion in this intimate space, considering the eligibility of the service to be given in the sales office. The units integrated on a functional layout providing smooth circulation inbetween. Starting with the reception area; detailed to reflect the brand identity of project ‘Yedi Mavi’, excel through the structure of the building in the entrance to welcome and guide.
Each sales office insulated by see through glass divisions, in homage to organic inspiration of the main concept, that also preserve privacy of the end users. A relaxing atmosphere is considered with a neat simpleness that also allows extended families move freely at ease in the sales office, additionaly kids play room planned for families with children.
The design approach expresses great attention to the customers and office workers in a poetic way. The seemingly grand and warm atmosphere constructed with high end materials and fine finishings, undergoes a well designed circulation of functions, gently encircles people with vital integrity interior features.
