Yango’s new office in Tel Aviv is a testament to this ethos, blending functionality, creativity, and a sense of community. Designed by Switchup, the 1,600 sqm space balances industrial chic with warm, natural elements, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
The workspace’s design features a palette of earthy terracotta tones, light wood accents, and grid-patterned tiles, creating a sense of harmony and creativity. Exposed concrete ceilings, complemented by minimalist black details, give the space an urban edge, while abundant greenery adds a refreshing, organic touch. The thoughtful placement of plants enhances the atmosphere, fostering well-being and a connection to nature.
At the heart of the office lies a large kitchen and lounge area, designed as a central gathering point for employees. Featuring sleek wooden cabinetry, comfortable bar seating, and warm pendant lighting, this area encourages team bonding and informal collaboration. The open design seamlessly connects the kitchen to surrounding communal areas, reflecting Yango’s emphasis on fostering a cohesive, interactive workspace.
Private meeting rooms and flexible collaborative spaces provide versatility for various work styles. Glass partitions, combined with wood and neutral tones, maintain an airy, open feel while offering privacy.
