Y house that was newly constructed in 1981 is in a quiet residential area. This project is to renovate the whole house , especially equipment and room planning.This house is installed solar panels on the south-facing roof.It is regrettable that's not on the photo.Based on requests from the client ,we installed gas heat pump air-conditioners to provide a central air conditioning system.There are a lot of outdoor machine units for air conditioner in the attic of the house.Some slits are opened at that roof.Please refer to CG(the bird's eye view image).

The exterior wall is covered with new tiles and the roof is newly sheathed with copper.Living room and drawing room are separated by a movable partition wall.A kitchen and sanitary spaces (bathroom ,shower room,and lavatory) are rebuilt to adopt barrier-free design. The seismic strengthening of the existing reinforced concrete building was performed.
