The owner and the designer of the property are students in the architectural department. The owner's departure from Taiwan's work is to stay in his hometown, Xiaoqiu's homestay.

Designers continue to work in the field of space design. Since the small croquet is a naturally formed coral reef island, the owner of the hotel hopes to build it in an environment-friendly way that does not affect the environment. Since the designers of the designers have already performed several container house construction projects, it is proposed to use four 20-foot containers plus one 10-inch container for planning and design.
The owner of the hotel is studying civil engineering at the university and even supervising and contracting projects.

The most interesting thing is that two classmates together built a graduated model house ten years ago; after graduating for more than ten years, they completed a real green building together.
