This projects is a new commercial office development fo rat Xiao Shan District near Hangzhou, China. The 32,040 SM development site includes five office tower, green open space, a park plaza, and retail support amenities. Due to strict programmatic requirements there is a 150 meter height limit for the main tower and 30% maximum site coverage. The design employs a varying height tower arrangement in a dramatic composition that positively impacts the skylights. The exterior skin implements intelligent building systems featuring vertical fin shading system that mitigates heat gain on the south and west facades.
