FEI LENG CUI work| Above the water, the V-shaped building is bright and transparent

Architecture reflects the current urban development

Xiangyifu sales office is located in the old and prosperous commercial district of Lianyungang City, adjacent to the intersection of two urban rivers in Lianyungang City. Through architecture, landscape and interior design, FEI LENG CUI design has created a quiet place floating on the water.

Huaguo Mountain is the most famous tourist resort in the region, and also the hometown of the mythical figure Monkey King. The design inspiration of the designer comes from the moonlight box in the movie "a journey to the west".

When the moonlight box was opened, the golden light in the box was shining, and then time stopped. When night falls, lights ablaze with lights on the street, the indoor light blooms from the V-shaped opening of the building, and time seems to stop, so that people in the room feel the slow time. This contrasts with the fast-paced surroundings.

The two building blocks are overlapped and interspersed, and a V-shaped opening is opened between them. Form the contrast between high and low, long and short, showing the rhythmic beauty of architecture.

The water square extends into the embrace of the v-shaped opening. The whole building is gently lifted up by the blue waves, just like floating on the water, poetic and hazy, like a painting.

The material contrast between large area marble and WENGE wood forms people's first impression of Chinese style, which is introverted and implicit, steady and not publicized.The building shows the natural texture beauty of the material itself, reduces too much decoration, releases the interior space, and brings a transparent and open comfortable experience.

When the entrance hall is narrowed, the vertical space is raised. Behind the reception desk, there are two huge door-like screens, which makes the space of the reception hall very interesting.

Two sets of bookshelves divide the negotiation area into two spaces, dynamic and static form a sharp contrast, circle and curved surface represent flow, square and corner represent static.

Entering the sand table exhibition area, an artwork is suspended in the air in a "whirling" shape, like a golden ribbon dancing in the sky. The huge Mobius ring strengthens this unpredictable charm, which is intriguing.

"Moonlight box" is a tool to travel through time and space. And space is inseparable from time. The designer applied the Mobius ring, which represents the time and space crossing, to the sand table area of the project.

The brilliance of design lies in the expression without trace, specious and weightless. The design of Mobius ring looks like the swing of childhood.

"God said there should be light". Zhao Fei, the designer, introduced light into the room to create the expression of color and material in the change.

Although Lianyungang is a northern city, there is no heating in winter. 8 + 12a + 8mm double silver Low-E glass curtain wall, make the best use of sunlight to bring heat to the interior. The shuttle type aluminum shutter screen is also used to shield the extra sunlight outside while not affecting the indoor view of the outdoor landscape, so as to prevent the dazzling feeling of indoor people.

When Chinese design elements are added to modern design, how can designers grasp the proportion relationship and make it perfectly integrated?

The window sash above the water bar and the modern lighting expresses the fusion of modern and traditional art, connecting China and the West.

"Space is the most important. When the space is shaped, other decorations are skin."

Zhao Fei, the designer, stressed that there is no need for excessive decoration, art endows space with soul, and the most concise and straightforward expression can reach people's hearts.

Here, the design creates a special feeling and weakens the boundary of the building so that the interior and exterior are closely integrated.
