the proposed steel structure with concrete structure support wall/slabs is exactly the opposite to the existing surrounding. we wanted to create a unique and adequate place for a creative person. for this we reduced the materials basically to steel, glass and some color. the elevator is surrounded by the stair and connects the proposed gym in the basement with the master suite extension, the relaxing decks and the office. kitchen and pantry we designed practical; just the use of materials depends on the existing materials to make sure that the materials are appropriate. some first ideas we show in our 3 D images. we thought about the master bathroom as well and proposed it according to your requirements; we suggest to have an addition door from the master bedroom to the WIC (walk in cabinet) - we show this in dashed lines in the layout.
