The foremost library for radio, television, and film scripts has it's new home in the ground floor of the 4-story Writer's Guild headquarters. Located on a busy, important intersection across from the famous Farmers Market, one of the goals of the new library is to more publicly represent writers and highlight their contribution to film and television. The library is defined by the introduction of a box: inside is the Reading Room of walnut, a place of refuge. Outside the box are the accessory functions of the library and a public lounge. The box is wrapped in a custom wallpaper collage of scripts, visible from the street.
