Introductory TextThe following is an in-progress sketch as request per the brief in booklet form. The sketch is a a THREE-part sequence, not just part two or 2.0. The reason for this three parts system evolves from a historical point of view. WPA 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 included the prequel to the events and circumstance to bring about the to be later parts. Both WPA 1.0 & WPA 3.0 are the same length of time 23 years. During both 1.0 ( 1920 - 1943 ) & 3.0 ( 2011 - 2034 ) proactive movements of progress & protest develop. During WPA 2.0 ( 1964 - 2010 ) a downturn in architectural infrastructure occurred in the nation. The title of this time period is known as POST-modernism. Per the many "usual suspects" listed in the document a subtractive act is requested & performed.This is document introduces the "portable manifesto" in three linear acts.1.
