THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT WAS TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW SHOPPING MALL INTO THE ARCHITECTURAL MESS SURROUNDINGS AND CREATING THE NEUTRAL BACKGROUND FOR THE HISTORIC CHURCH BUILDING.
THE FACADES ARE MADE OF A NEUTRAL WHITE RENDER AND PERFORATED SHEETING, A GLASS AND TREES WHICH CHANGE THE ELEVATION’S COLORS CORRESPONDINGLY TO THE PRESENT SEASON. THE ROOF IS A VIEW TERRACE AND RELAX SPACE.
ON OF THE IDEA OF THE PROJECT IS TO SECLUDE THE SHOPS WINDOWS WITH AN ADVERTS FROM THE STREET AND THE PUBLIC SPACE AND DIRECT THEM AT THE INTERNAL GREEN PATIO.
NEW ‘BRYZA’ IS A NEUTRAL SPACE WHICH CONNECTS MODERN ARCHITECTURE WITH GREEN AREA AND RELAX WITH SHOPPING AND WORKING TIME.
