Wotif.com have a low staff turn over and were interested in an office fitout that maximised staff interaction. A townsquare and two laneways are used as zones of engagement. The townsquare acts as receptions, open meeting room, and lunch area. Communal facilities such a photocopiers, noticeboards, water dispenser, toilets and filing are all access via laneways. The existing office is stripped back to its concrete structure and has custom acoustic panels hung from the ceiling. The office includes Unifor workstations, custom joinery, fishtanks, commercial kitchen.
