This project grew form proposed 3300 foot High Rise for WTC #2 that was planned for NY City 2015 start of design, but Murdoch signed a lease for this and thus project di not go forward.
Leslie Robertson was the structural, but the idea he gave me matured 6 months later and thus I have this conceptual tower that easily can be done from 2000' to mile high.
The aim was to create a tower that is user safe ( a friend of mine was the 2nd last survivor in 9/11 and thus I had a good reason to think beyond code) , very green,
