This is one of the
largest real estate developments in the Republic of Mexico and in Latin
America.  It is a mixed-use
combination made up of an office tower, a convention/ exposition center and a
hotel.  Its location is strategic
since it is in the heart of the city on one of Mexico City’s main
thoroughfares.
Office Tower.It has a
construction area of 128,00 m2 and 45 levels, which makes it one of the city’s
most important towers.  The towers
symbolic esthetics is reminiscent of the industrialized world’s high tech which
is why so-called intelligent technology is included.  The façade treatment integrates the curtain wall or the
integral façade with a glossy skin which seems like a one-piece sheet of glass
due to its beauty.
Convention Hall.It has a look
unlike the tower’s.  It is lighter,
more colorful and therefore more representative of the place where it is
located, Mexico City.  It has a
separate entrance on Filadelfia Street and has a large lobby leading to
different halls located on the lower level and the first floor.  The total area is 40.,000 m2 with a 6
meters free height. It has a loading dock zone that can handle anything coming from
large trucks, even automobiles.
Shopping Center. It has an
income-producing commercial area of 22,000 m2, laid out on two levels anchored
by two stores of international prestige.
Easy access allows for the creation of a commercial mall with different
settings and plazas.  From parking
it is accessed via escalators.  The
stores have their own service entrances so as to not conflict with their public
entrances and they also have their own service docks.
Gran Turismo Hotel.Located on the
property at Dakota and Altadena, it is accessed from Montesino Street.  The main vestibule it is of great height
and size so as to accommodate large numbers of people.  It has 400 rooms and is directly
connected to the shopping center and to access to the office tower.
