2015 years topic held an ambiguous name: Hide and Peak. The idea of hiding and peaking runs through the whole design. While the pier on the water could be understood as a little stage, a place of exposing ourselves, it is also a fisherman's secret spot.
The platform bends of the water level which emphasizes the effect of floating and apart from being a comfortable backrest, raises a question of weather there is something hiding behind it... The shelter majestically standing above the lake picks the eye of everybody passing by. Opening towards the lake and towards the sky, hiding the user from the direct sun and rain. From the inside it frames the lake but looking from the other side it creates a distinctive background for the peaking person, hiding in there.
