This house is located near Desna river in a great pine wood in Kiev region. It an area of good forest atmosphere.
We designed the house for a family of four members.
The project is presentable house with wooden shaped timber. The house has a fir-tree garden, summer pool and children space. In the ground floor an open garage for two cars outside the house.
All structural elements are made in metal constructions.
Foundation: monolithic
Covering: the wooden beams
Roof: metal
Floor height: 2.5-4.75m
Fireplace: inside, outside
Fasade: insulated walls and roof and finishing of wooden planks
House includes light kitchen, living room with fireplace, masterbedroom, master bathroom, outside terrace. Customer has two little girls, a light childrenroom thith bathroom were designed for them. Kitchen designe for 7-9 persons, it has a door to the terrace. Bath is divided into two areas - a relaxation area and a zone of wash.
