This house is located on the edge of the Northbridge Golf Course with spectacular views to the harbour and city beyond. The composition of interlocking forms is simple and clear to read and provides for great natural ventilation and solar access, which was challenging on this steep south facing block. Although the house issimple in form and materials palette, there are many subtle details including splits levels, voids and blade walls that gives the house an elegant simplicity.
