This house generates a combination of engineering and architectural design allowing a volumetric plasticity that give a striking visual appearance. A front cantilever of 20 feet increases the feeling of lightness in the main volume of the longitudinal section, giving a benefit of a larger area in relation to the ground use.
The program comprises two levels: one of which accommodates the services area of the house on the ground floor, and a second that combines uses generating greater spaciousness and comfort surrounded by a garden and a courtyard as the main source of light.
Heavy and light materials, plus the sum of its clear color tones, were intended to expose the dwelling to maintain an easy read for users. This effect achieves an interaction throughout the day leading to a different perception of the environment when the lighting systems starts inside and outside the house.
