WINDS HOUSE 2.0

WINDS HOUSE

YEAR
2014
SIZE
3000 sqft - 5000 sqft
This is a project in which the materials and the surrounding space is paramount. The house is raised to take advantage of views of the city leading to a relationship between the interior and exterior spaces. An echinocactus garden is gradually absorbed into the interior through a telescopic frontal window allowing the space to grow.

The project also brings back old-fashioned materials born in the industrial revolution, such as the Vitroblock, and fuses them with upgraded materials and construction processes. This technique represents the current combination of accessory and space as that of one which allows the user to understand the different harmonies of a building's design.
