The clients Brickworks Development wanted an old loft building with the history and flavor of Brooklyn, overlaid with contemporary finishes and green technologies.A rigorous study of the areas demographics combined with our experience in historic preservation and adaptive re-use. A design was submitted to the clients, it was a "perfect blend of old and new".
