This two storied medical office building accommodates the needs of the surgery center on the main floor and comprises of an operating room, procedure rooms, pre-op and post-op holding areas and full compliment of ancillary support functions for a surgery center.
The plan for the facility is dictated by the site constraints and the functional needs of the surgery practice. A provision has been kept in the design for the accommodation of an additional operating room to expand to the capabilities of a larger case load in the future.
