The Weekend House.
With the desire for a house in the suburbs far from the city. It is a place to gather with family grandchildren on the weekends.
The house is inspired by houses with a traditional 3-room layout, designed in an asymmetrical style through an axis in the middle. That is the entrance to the house.
The space begins with a large courtyard stretching along a lotus pond to the left of the house.
At the living room location of the house is an independent block. Installed a patterned door system consisting of two layers with the effect of shading the West direction and creating light effects for the living room. The pattern details on the door are created by applying Grasshopper programming technology and CNC cutting on the compact sheet.
To the right of the main courtyard, is a large stone wall built along with the effect of creating accents for the entrance. Besides, the stone wall is also used for the purpose of separating the master bedroom and the main yard. The stone wall is sealed and creates complete privacy for the master bedroom. Forming a complete contrast between the two spaces left is extroverted and right is introverted
Continuity of the main courtyard, is the dining space and the kitchen. This is the space that is considered as the "warming" place of the house as well as inside each family member, which connects all activities of everyone in the house, so it is focused on the layout. Valuable views whose highlight is the second swimming pool to the right of the kitchen and dining area stretching to the Master Bedroom..
To the left of the dining room is a small but fully equipped bedroom that is used for guests or descendants to stay. Two swimming pool areas are arranged along the house creating green space access from the dining room, master bedroom, and backyard.
From there, it opens up many open views for each area of the house. Contributing to increasing the usability and resting nature of the house
