Place building is a 15-minute drive from Chisinau, in a quiet and secluded spot on a hill near the river.
One-storey house with a swimming pool and a terrace for a family holiday in the nature, surrounded by dense vegetation overlooking the river.
On the part of the main facade of the house is surrounded by a fence, and the inner facade opposite to the open mind.
The wooden exterior decoration passes into the interior of the house, allowing to strengthen the link exterior and interior.
The design of the house is a three-dimensional composition of three volumes:
In the first volume (the house itself) are placed the main areas of the house: living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and auxiliary rooms.
In the second volume (the boundary wall on the north side) is covered terrace and storeroom.
The third volume is a carport.
