planned building does not only look futuristic, indeed, a modern
construction draft will be realized: The basement is lightly dug into
the existing ground with its technology, sanitary spaces and storage
rooms as well as an open parking space arrangement. The transparent
and generously designed ground floor with a bright space height of 3.50
meters seems to float over the Weissenburger Straße and creates a
creative working atmosphere for about 20 staff members. Ground floor
and basement are connected over an atrium by a stair arrangement. High
valued sight concrete walls and blankets inside, the broadminded bright
blanket as well as to the essential reduced and brightly plastered
construction bodies give the office building an architecturally
