This commercial building is located at the central area of the city.
The intention is to create open, iconic, and dynamic design with terraces where one would feel the nature.
Twelve floors are floating and stacked by various poles of steel. The design of these vertical and inclined poles is so rational that they sustain all the floors and resist the power of the earthquakes.
All the floors are folded by glasses are open and cozy spaces thanks to the voids and terraces.
The floating architecture would become the landmark for the city and positively transmit the images of all the stores.
