Relaxation amidst greenery and the sound of sea waves in an elegant apartment building. In our coastal towns, urban chaos, disorder, and questionable quality of commercial and guesthouse developments still often prevail. However, year after year, there is an increasing number of interesting architectural projects that are enhancing the quality of Polish resorts.

Wave House, designed by Archmondo studio, is an elegant contemporary apartment building located right by the sea in the beautiful part of Władysławowo. The building comprises 13 spacious apartments and is situated in an exceptional location, right on the waterfront, just 50 meters from the beach, along the border of the Coastal Landscape Park.

Expansive balconies and terraces on the top floor serve as a bridge between the compact architectural unit and the soft tissue of the surrounding nature. The beautifully situated plot, in close proximity to the beach and the Coastal Landscape Park, deserved an exceptional design that highlights its natural qualities.
