Michael Brady Inc. provided turnkey architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of a full range equestrian facility in East Tennessee. Located on 150 acres, Watkins Barn at Sequoyah Farms North is a full service facility for Holsteiner Breed sport horses complete with trails and training grounds.

The main building consists of a barn with 28 large stalls separating the birthing wing, stallion wing, and mare wing. All stalls have a Promat surface flooring for the safety and health of all the horses. Additionally, the entire facility is climate controlled year round via heating and air conditioning for the comfort of the horses. Included in the design are two wash bays with hot water access for bathing the horses, a large indoor training / riding arena, an on-grounds hay barn, and apartments on the upper level of the main barn which allow trainers to live on-site. Balconies are provided over all stalls for easy supervision and the training arena is connected to a luxurious lounge for clients to observe the horses in action.
