Waterside Apartment

SIZE
0 sqft - 1000 sqft
This renovation of a studio apartment on the 21st floor of Waterside Towers on the East River at 25th Street, designed by Davis Brody Architects, posed a challenge due to the many activities that needed to take place within a tight space. The apartment was renovated to organize this space into activity areas: a bed/seating area, two home office areas, and a dining area. A closet was converted into a work space, and a divider was used on one side as a second storage/work space, and on the other as the headboard for the bed. Black, white, and grey were used to unify the elements.
