With distinction in mind Waterscapes inspiration comes from its surrounding context. This circular glass-less elegance soars to 30 storeys in height with 344 suites, allowing for panoramic views of the lake while introducing a geometric form that is sleek, slender and innovative.
This architecture moves away from the codes that generally define the image held by high rise buildings and particular care is taken in the addition of details through the cast and shadow and light. The inspiration for this final phase of the multiphase development was to create a distinct tower that would stand apart from the previous developments.
Signature features such as the composition of the balcony slabs and glass handrails on the tower facade express elliptical shape. The podium is composed of masonry units, and a white precast concrete panel framework which both contrasts and compliments the charcoal railing brands of the tower. The spacing of the continuous wrap around balcones has been intentionally removed as to introduce a sense of horizontal movement further accentuating the shape and verticality.
