Situated on the shores of Lake Tuggeranong, Watermark is a mixed use development with 25 luxury two storey townhouses along the foreshore, and two, five storey apartment towers behind. The design reflects the natural curvature of lake Tuggeranong and erupts vertically to the south of the site to increase solar and ventilation opportunities.
The aesthetic of the design is reminiscent of the Australian landscape, particularly the vernacular A.C.T bush-lands surrounding Canberra.
