The project site is located about 30 kilometers down the Suriname river from the Caribbean Sea and just 40 minutes drive outside of the capital city.The Marina Resort caters to the tourist looking for an escape from the stopped traffic in the city of Paramaribo and a stable place for sailors to dock. The other phase of the project incorporates smalll houses for short or long term vacation rental. The pavillion site at the center of the ammenities for the site as the restaurant/bar on the beach close to the two piers.
