In order to upgrade the zone around the Regenboog Stadium and to finance the stadium’s renovations, the city of Waregem sold three adjacent lots to encourage development of the area.

The project comprises two residential towers, a hotel, a retail/office building, and a parking structure. This project fits in perfectly with the site’s DNA, connecting to the open green zone of the Gaverbeek valley, the Regenboog Stadium, several sports grounds, and Waregem Expo. This site will become one of the most important gateways into the city of Waregem.
